The template offers a polished invoice layout with fields for business and customer addresses, invoice numbers, itemized billing lines, prices, quantities, tax rates, payment terms, adjustments, and status tracking. It automatically calculates subtotals, sales tax, discounts, and the final total. Payment status is dynamically determined based on the amount paid versus the amount due and is displayed with a colored badge (“PAID” or “UNPAID”).

Dropdowns are provided for payment terms (ASAP, Net 30/60/90), and logic is built in to auto-calculate the payment due date accordingly. The invoice integrates with CRM Company and Deal templates to create a seamless flow from opportunity to billing.
